You might recall that I mentioned how I wasn’t too up on the whole “Assassin’s Creed” video game and its mythology and believe it or not nothing has changed with me since that first disclosure. Now despite my own lack of background we did share the official trailers for the film which is opening today in theaters everywhere care of 20th Century Fox. If you didn’t see my trailer posts you can click HERE and HERE to see what they are all about and then scroll on down past the poster to learn more about the premise and the cast of the film.

The action film based on the popular video game franchise opens today at the AMC Empire 25 and other theaters across the country. This film stars Michael Fassbender and looks pretty exciting.
A few months ago I mentioned that I had really a “0” level background in the whole “Assassin’s Creed” video game and its mythology. I must admit to you that nothing has changed since that disclosure but despite this shortcoming, I’m happy to share more information about the upcoming film based on the hit video game. The first clip looked pretty good and I am saying this as someone who was coming in blind about it. Check out the second trailer from this film below.

Though I’ve never played a single moment of the mega-popular video game that bear’s the same name, I admit that I was not so surprised to learn that a film based on the property was heading our way towards the end of the year. Let’s face it, we’ve seen “Battleship” come to the big screen along with scores of other video game characters in a big budget sillyness called “Pixels”. So knowing that a fighting video game becoming an action film is no surprise at all. Check out the first trailer from this film below.
