The time has come my friends and that means the photo editorial takeover of the PiercingMetal website by the famed New York Comic Con which began yesterday at the Javits Center. The 2022 convention will mark my 12th year of attendance and as expected there is a lot to absorb at this kind of event. I’ll be doing a LOT of photography and also will be looking into some Artist Alley interviews if the talent is interested in doing them. PiercingMetal Goes To New York Comic Con & Anime Festival 2010: Day 2 (Part One)

Welcome back, we are glad that you decided to join us for the continuation of the tale that we began just the other day.  So where were we?  Oh yes, we were at the Jacob Javits Center enjoying the  5th Annual NY Comic Con & Anime Festival that was taking place over the course of three days.  The event was nothing less than massive in scope and resultant of all the observations found me not only sub-dividing the coverage into day by day but even splitting those up to be sure to get it all out to you in the best fashion.    With that being said, let the adventuring continue.

The Lines Are Massive

The shot above shows the lines as they wrapped around the block.  It was a lot worse than you see and this was very early in the morning.  I didn’t take any other outside shots since I needed to figure out how to quickly get inside.
