Alter Bridge Announces “Walk The Sky” Tour Dates For 2020

Monday sure is off to a good start on this Veterans Day with announcements about The Black Crowes reuniting for a tour called “Shake Your Money Maker” World Tour and now its time to learn the latest from Alter Bridge. The band have lined out a number of dates in February so let’s take a look down below.

New York, NY) On the heels of their first career #1 on the Top Current Albums Chart in the US, Alter Bridge are announcing the first leg of 2020 of their Walk The Sky Tour. The band will play a kickoff date in Lake Charles, LA at the Golden Nugget Casino on January 31st before jumping on board Shiprocked as co-headliner alongside Halestorm. Back on land, the band will be making stops in Nashville, TN; Indianapolis, IN; Milwaukee, Wi; and Los Angeles, CA among others before wrapping up on February 27th in Spokane, WA. Special guests Clint Lowery and Deepfall will open the shows. Fan club pre-sale begins on November 12th with public on sale on Friday, November 15th at 10AM local time. Alter Bridge recently released their latest album Walk The Sky (Napalm Records) to critical acclaim and career milestone chart success. The latest album brought the band comprised of Myles Kennedy on vocals/guitars, Mark Tremonti on guitars/vocals, Brian Marshall on bass and Scott Phillips their first ever #1 on Top Current Albums chart. Metalheads of the European Union side, the Japanese side and even further…we are here to let you know that the Iron Maiden is gonna get ya as the dates for their continuing “Legacy Of The Beast” World Tour hits more festivals and countries were recently announced. IRON MAIDEN will continue their Legacy of the Beast Tour into 2020 heading to Australia, New Zealand, Japan and a first ever visit to The Philippines. This will be followed by shows in Israel and Dubai before circling back into Europe for a final run which will be mainly Festival and headline stadium dates, plus some arena shows, and will include countries and cities not visited on previous legs. So far, the band has played to close to two million fans in 39 countries around the globe since the tour opened in 2018, including headlining to a capacity crowd of 100,000 at the legendary Rock In Rio festival in Brazil.

Exit 111 Announces Full Details For Inaugural Event

Music fans in my neck of the woods are going to be looking into relocation before October hits based on this sure to be crushing Festival event. It’s the kind of music festival my friends and I clamor for but instead we get The Governors Ball and Panorama Music Festival. Sigh. Anyway, without further adieu I share with you the announcement about the debut of the Exit 111 Music Festival. Read on down below to the full press release and prepare to be stunned by the lineup.

EXIT 111 Festival will debut with a heavyweight line-up that celebrates all forms of rock–from hard to classic, alternative to southern–when it debuts October 11-13 at the Great Stage Park in Manchester, TN. The inaugural three-day event hosted by Eddie Trunk will be led by headlining slots from Guns N’ Roses, Def Leppard, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and a mix of platinum-selling artists including Slayer (in the last Tennessee show of their career), ZZ Top, Deftones, Ghost, Megadeth and more than 40 acts (full line-up below). Tickets for EXIT 111 go on sale Thursday, April 25 at 12:00 PM (ET), with additional ticketing info below.

Produced by C3 Presents and AC Entertainment, the massive footprint of the festival site–known to millions as the home of the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival–will be transformed into a rock and roll playground with the all-star line-up appearing on three stages with 12 hours of music daily, camping and a variety of activities tailored specifically to concert-goers.
