Sumerian Records Presents: “American Satan” Teaser Trailer

I must admit that I was a little behind in knowing what this actually was and when I first saw the branding of “American Satan” I thought it was some kind of management company or clothing line since I saw it connected to some musical events. Turns out that this is actually a movie and one that was done by Ash Avildsen and Matty Beckerman. Two of its featured stars are Andy Biersack, who’s also known as Andy Black and is the lead singer of the Black Veil Brides, and Ben Bruce of Asking Alexandria. This is a Horror/Supernatural film meets Rock show and deals with Illuminati and Satanism. Sounds interesting enough so here is the teaser trailer from the film.

The Plot: A young rock band, half from England and half from the United States, drop out of college and move to the Sunset Strip to chase their dreams. Living in a van, their passion and talent exceed their means to survive. An enigmatic stranger sees their true potential and emotionally manipulates them during a time of weakness. Caught in the middle of a Faustian deal, their music and controversial altercations end up influencing society beyond anything this century has seen, but can they take back control of their destiny before it’s too late? PiercingMetal Thoughts: This was too short for me to form any real opinion on it so I will wait until we get something longer (which I hope we get soon enough). The film is set to open in October so I’d be interested in seeing it and even hoping that the Fathom Events group is doing some kind of grand screening so I can try and get a contest for it. So are you curious about this film? Let me know down in the comments with a quick thought. We can discuss the larger views once a longer trailer is revealed.
