PiercingMetal Thoughts: I probably mentioned this before but I have been into the music of STP ever since my cousin first played them for me with he debut album so many years ago. Yet despite this early adoption, I never managed to see them in concert during those times and I regret that oversight when Scott was at the microphone. It was only in the most recent years that I caught them on the stage. The first time was a set at a Rock Carnival a few years ago with Chester singing but I wasn’t able to kick back and rock out since it was a working scenario for the Metal Command. I did catch them in Brooklyn last summer and it was fantastic and I was amazed at how many songs that I liked. I am going to be looking forward to seeing the gig in February when they come a calling.
