Hello there my friends. So here we are again am I right? Now many of you might recall my mentioning that after I posted the day by day observations from the recently ended New York Comic Con that I would be presenting a few special features. I’m ready to being sharing those but if you’ve not seen anything previous please click NYCC 2024 first. That will open a brand-new browser tab with all of this years convention content in one sweet looking list. Let’s now get into these feature.
Pure Arts Studios has some amazing statues but they are not really my thing in terms of collecting and displaying. I do love these classic Batman series ones though.
I wasn’t expecting to find the Ryobi Tools people there but they did have a nice and interesting pavilion. They even had the attendees working on projects with some of the tools and that was pretty cool. As I glanced around these devices I can agree that a number of them help with assembling cosplay and gadgets. I might look into some of these items for myself for work around the house.
My background on Vault Comics is still on the limited side despite the “Dying Inside” release that we found being a part of this years Free Comic Book Day back in May.
I would like to peruse this Def Leppard “Hysteria” title though. I didn’t grab a copy at the convention so need to see if my local shop can get it for me.
I found the Zoo Jitsu Fighters from Icon Heroes to be rather interesting so I spoke to their creator and have that video on the PiercingMetal YouTube Channel. The figures were very well made and the backstory rather unique so I hope for their success.
In the earlier day by day posts I was closing some of the content up with one of the Short Videos that I did at the convention and this looked like a good place to continue the trend. Sadly, the only Short Clip that relates to the post was the Ryobi Tools one. There are plenty of longer videos from NYCC 2024 to enjoy as well.
