So welcome back once again my friends. I bet that some of you thought that I had served up all of the adventuring from the New York Comic Con and while I technically did when it came to the day by day rundown, I also pointed out that I would be serving up some special feature focuses as well. Let’s face it, an event like the NYCC is like a vast crowded wilderness of geeky coolness and this practice will let me feature more items from a particular vendor. If you somehow missed all of the content from the con and are just joining us now, I’m going to suggest that you first start by clicking HERE. That will open up a brand-new browser tab with all of the posts that preceded this one and lets you glean all of the awesome presentation at your own pace. When you’ve finished you can pick up with us as I deliver what was found in the Hallmark Pavilion.
Hallmark had a really big space and I just loved the “For All Fankind” motto. I think that needs to be on a button because I would wear something like that for sure.
In their pavilion they had broken up the products in the catalog by genre. Let’s begin with the Sci-Fi Fantasy stuff. Please know that I am not chiming in about every single photograph.
They started out with a band here as the world of Star Wars was presented and I am not only talking about the series of films but also television series like “The Mandalorian”, “Ahsoka” and more. There were quite a few items here that I’d love to add to my own geeky displays.
Some Indiana Jones items were next and I’ve long been a fan of the films but never got to see the latest ones. It’s been busy here at the Media Command HQ and there is only so much time in the day.
From here on we found items featuring characters from “Game Of Thrones”, “Lord Of The Rings”, “Witcher”, “Doctor Who”, “Avatar” and “Star Trek”. Whew. I did love the USS Enterprise stuff.
The Super Heroes section of the Hallmark Pavilion didn’t parse the Marvel Comics from DC Comics all that much and we find things from both The Avengers and The Justice League being presented. Lots of cool character ornaments but I don’t usually put stuff like this up when I have a tree. I am a bit of a traditionalist.
The TV Section was up next and these first few images are dedicated to the popular comedy “The Office”. Truth be told I didn’t “get” that show when it first aired but I did go on a deep dive when it was available for streaming and I watched it from beginning to end. There were truly a lot of funny moments and I recommend you do the same.
Alright so I am going to take a pause right here since I’ve hit “50” images and in most cases that is where I like to say “see you next time” when another chapter will be presented. There was still a lot of items to show you from the Hallmark Pavilion so I will be back with Chapter Two before you know it. While you wait for that its a good time to suggest that you check out the whole puzzle on our assorted Social Media profiles. Head over to the Official Brand accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok and engage with us on them so we know that you are out there and that we should keep on pushing the entertainment in your direction. See you next time around. Thanks for reading.
