Metal icons SOULFLY are proud to announce Blood On The Street 2019 U.S. tour! The 22-date trek will kick-off on September 3rd in Dallas, Texas and make stops in Baltimore, Houston and Albuquerque before concluding in Los Angeles on September 29th. Joining the band are UNEARTH (Sept 3 – Sept 16), INCITE. PRISON and ARRIVAL OF AUTUMN.
Commented vocalist/guitarist Max Cavalera: “We are very excited to be bringing the Ritual record to the mosh pit! There is gonna be Blood on the Streets!! ”
Ritual was produced, recorded and mixed by Josh Wilbur (KILLER BE KILLED, LAMB OF GOD, GOJIRA). Cover artwork was painted by artist Eliran Kantor (TESTAMENT, ICED EARTH, SODOM). Additional booklet art was handled by Marcelo Vasco (SLAYER, HATEBREED, KREATOR), who also handled the package design. PiercingMetal Thoughts: I think its safe to say that when a Metal fan goes to a Soulfly show they get what they paid for in spades. During my own formative Metal years, I wasn’t following Sepultura or the earliest days of Soulfly, but now as a scribe upon the scene I always do my best to be on point when Max and Company come a calling on our region. My own area show looks to be the first time that Soulfly will perform at LPR but don’t quote me on that since I am not 100% sure about every groups touring history.
