It was only a few months ago that we got the first official trailer for “Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse” and with NY Comic Con right around the corner, I expect a second clip to manifest during the event. Fortunately, fans of the Miles Morales Spidey will not have to wait that long as the second official trailer has been released and is presented to you down below. Let’s watch…

The Premise: In the “classic Spider-Man mold”, Miles Morales must juggle his high school life with his status as a Superhero. (thanks Wiki).

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I’m just going to repeat myself with the notes from the first trailer since they are pretty much the same. I’ve already outlined that Miles Morales is a popular comics character so its nice to see him in a feature of his own. As you can see we’ve now got an expanded casting reveal and Spider-Gwen is in there too so its safe to say that it won’t be long before she is swinging her way to the big screen or direct to video release. Based on the trailer we now have it seems like this one will be more geared to the younger audience but I am okay with that too since Morales is in school when his powers manifest. The animation seems great in this which is a good thing to see. We also get a lot more of the Spider-verse which is awesome considering the currently running “Spider-Geddon” story running on the printed page.
