Well my friends, we have arrived at the final show overview coverage of the 2022 New York Comic Con with Day Four Part Two. I thought I would have some more show stuff but the side special features stuff is all that remains (Metal band pun unintended). I’m going to continue from where I left off so let’s advise any of the new site visitors that they should be clicking HERE first to see all of these posts on one handy tab. Starting us off is Doctor Strange and the Scarlet Witch.
Here’s author Sandy King Carpenter. She runs Storm King Comics and I must admit that I don’t get many alerts from them to talk about what is coming up. I need to look into that post convention.
So as we are really out of energy by this point I’m not going to name all the cosplayers and most of the artists I’ve captured their name at their table as well. I will be putting links to everyone who has a website or main social media profile.
While these aren’t my own “Garbage Pail Kids” cards, I did manage to collect all nine of them and was a happy man.
I sure wasn’t expecting a cosplay mashup of Michael Jackson and Spider-Man.
A cool Cosplay Group that I snapped and did individuals of as well since everyones outfit was cool.
Though this Baroness is not a part of the group I know of from other NYCC happenings, I was shocked that I didn’t happen to see any of them at this years event. Maybe they were out of the loop this time or out conquering other areas for Cobra Command.
Our friend Keith Williams with a Marvel Legends Series “Quasar” action figure. Keith drew the “Quasar” comic book
I had to chuckle when I saw a bonafide “Ecto-1” pulling up to the Javits to collect several Ghostbusters cosplayers.
So as I’ve done before at the close of a full day coverage here are several photos that I took with friends and cosplayers that I talked a little bit more to on that particular day. Starting from the top its Barbie Chula as Chucky and some Star Wars Boba Fett and Tie Fighter pilot folks. I think they were from the 501st Legion as well. A One Piece photo op and talking to Santa while preparing to protect the Earth with Ultraman. A stop to say “Cheers” to the Sumerian Comics people and label head Ash and last but certainly not least my friend Dame Divine Cosplay. Once again she ended up being my last photo of the day with the talented people around me.
So that’s it my friends, the full rundown of visuals from the New York Comic Con convention exploration have finished. Now I think I can get one or two more special feature posts out for a couple of days and since I did a lot of interviews for our YouTube Channel, I might also batch a few of them together into a single post to compliment that which is already been posted to YouTube. I hope you’ve enjoyed the larger part of the whole adventure and do please stick around for that other stuff since we’d love to keep you on the website for a little while longer. As we’ve stressed in post after post after post, its super important to help rally the outlet on these social media channels. The links are Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Your participation on these helps fortify the audience.
