Hello again my friends and welcome back to the continuing explorations from the 2026 Anime NYC convention. Though the convention ended yesterday in real time, the posts will continue along until I’m done serving up all of the photos and videos. To make sure that you are up to speed and haven’t missed anything I’ll ask you to click HERE as it will launch a new browser tab with everything that is posted from Anime NYC 2025. The Day Two findings begin now so let’s get this party started or I guess continued… You know what I mean.
I’ll begin this days visuals with a bunch of cosplayers as their outfits were so awesome even if I don’t know who everyone is dressed as a lot.

Here’s Tuxedo Mask from Sailor Moon.
These handouts were everywhere. What is “Niuhi”? Stay tuned…
I think this young lady was Polaris from the X-Men.
So as I mentioned during the Day One presentations, the Play NYC convention was once again integrated into the Anime NYC event and being held downstairs. Truth be told I am not yet sure if I like them connected as I like each event to maintain its own special time. Let’s hope this works for all involved.
You might not be able to tell from this visual but the event was super crowded down here as well.
“Den Of Geek” was giving away magazines and its a good one to leaf through for sure.
This cosplayer was repping one of the booths but I didn’t snap them and only her instead.
Back upstairs, there were some professional model cosplayers of note such as Aru.rinh, JooA and Beat Berry. I think the ladies in the photo are the first two.
With Misty Mountain Gaming giving me such a big smile, how could I not include them.
New friends like Miss Sara from Sarlex Studio were made during the convention exploring. Here she is with one of her creations.
The previously seen but still quite awesome Emily Ree now in a solo photo.
Sunny Sponder has such a bright booth. The yellow surely makes it stand out.
The family of gents from Japan Wave.
Mr. AJ Ampadu from Earthtone Kingdom.
These next few photos are from the Gyari booth and this is a vocaloid entity. Interesting stuff.
This is one of the statues from Pookiki Studios, you might have seen them in the previous post.
Some of the items found at Anime NYC are for mature audiences only.
The master chef from Popin’Cookin’ who I couldn’t snap the other day so rectified that today.
In a room back in the area where they had the press room, a representative from Niuhi gave a demo of their manga app. It seemed cool and to be honest, anything that helps deliver content to the masses is fine in my book.
I think that this young lady was cosplaying Nine Tails. If not, that design was super cool just the same.
I zipped up to the River Pavilion to give you all a visual of how the convention floor looked from both sides. As you can see its fairly crowded and this is rather early in the day. Pretty wild right? Last year there was something like 100K attendees and while that is not as high as the New York Comic Con, its still pretty damned high. Congrats to Anime NYC for bringing in such numbers.
That’s going to bring me to the end of the first installment of my Day Two findings but don’t you worry, I still have plenty to go from this day and then beyond until its completely finished. I’m hoping that I haven’t lost your attention just yet and that you are excited for the next installment. While you wait for the next chapter you can peruse the links down below and also the hyperlinked tag Anime NYC 2025. That will let you see everything that has been posted relating to this years convention. We also ask that you continue to help PiercingMetal grow on a number of social media platforms via our Official Linktree. See you again soon.
