Well hello once again and welcome back to the continuing coverage of the 2025 Anime NYC convention. I’m up to the Day Three findings now and if you’re just joining us you might want to click HERE first as that opens a dedicated tab loaded with all of the related content in one easy location. Day Three marks the Saturday of the now several days over event and usually a Saturday is a busier and more hectic day. With this installment I will once again be showcasing the wonderful cosplayers and some of the exhibitor booths that I stopped and had some conversations with. I might not be too chatty in this one though which gives you and me a little break. Today I started snapping the second that I got near the Javits Center.
I think this young lady was repping something from Hazbin Hotel but she was also working with a talent of some kind at the show so I hope to reconnect with her again at some point. One never can have too many reps in the rolodex after all.
I thought this Racer Hatsune Miku was pretty awesome.
This fun crew asked random people to sign their box and so I did.
Time for another one of those group to solo shot things that I do. Everyone looked wonderful.
Lots of manga books and assorted coolness if you had the disposable cash.
I believe this was the Tentacle Kitty booth.
The event even brought in some furries. It’s summer so those cosplays cannot be comfortable at all.
An Anime NYC convention is not complete without a Sailor Moon sighting.
I swung past my friends at Japan Wave once again to feature all these awesome products a little better. I hope that you will stop by their booth when you see them at this or other related conventions. They also do the New York Comic Con.
Now its onto the Losers X Lovers booth. I’ve talked to them before and they have some sleek designs. It’s not specifically for me but I do think it all looks cool.
This is Miss May, she was pretending to not know that I was snapping her. We had a nice fun chat.
Some more adult-oriented manga. Not for younger eyes at all.
So I had mentioned in another post that the Play NYC gaming convention had been integrated into Anime NYC and it was now time to explore that section a little more. This group is a developer team from NYU who had a cool monster game.
Not connected the previously seen Devs but a great cosplay on a younger generation attendee.
That’s going to bring me to the end of the first installment from Day Three but that is okay because there is still plenty left to share with you.
