PiercingMetal Thoughts: Now I should make it clear that the Fozzy tour is still full steam ahead, but I did know quite a few people who were only going because of the Santa Cruz set. While refunds for the headlining shows are probably easy to recoup, you might have to eat the cost of the ones where they were support since the shows are still taking place. If you were only interested in SC, then I say try anyway and see what you find out. If they give you a hard time just call your credit card company and refuse the payment. The customer is always right after all. If you paid cash perhaps you can barter at the venue for another show if you ask nicely enough. At the time of this update I have no idea what led to the cancellations but I hope all things are alright with the band. They really kick ass and I am speaking as someone who not only saw their first-ever NYC USA gig but also a private showcase for their label of the time when they were on Spinefarm Records. Alright, now its back to the regularly scheduled programming. What do you think about this news? Are you still planning on seeing Fozzy? Let me know down in the comments section below.
