“There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call The Twilight Zone.”.
Hello there my friends and fellow Science Fiction geeks. I’m here with a bit of a last minute surprise that I learned about while scanning the guide on the cable box. So it looks like the fine folks over at the Syfy Channel are offering up another marathon of episodes from the classic television series “The Twilight Zone”. As soon as I learned about this, I culled together the necessary rundown of these Rod Serling classics and wanted to deliver them to with time enough for you to program your DVR or however else you keep programs for later viewing. As you might already know, the Syfy Channel does a marathon of “The Twilight Zone” on the last day or so of the year and straight through into it. The number of episodes varies from year to year as do the days that the marathon runs on but we’re talking about the one this weekend at the moment. For me, the show has withstood the tests of time and still ranks very highly among fandom. It’s not hard to see why after you indulge in a dozen of them because they are so interesting and often throw a curve ball at you that you never saw coming. According to the rundown there are approximately “45” episodes being broadcast and you’ll likely need a couple of pots of strong coffee if you want to start watching them when it begins at 8AM tomorrow. Down below you’ll find the complete rundown which was culled from the Syfy Channel website. You would be advised to compare these times against your own local television provider to make sure that there are no discrepancies. Please don’t post a comment giving me crap about incorrect times. I do not work for the network and am only sharing along what they posted. Now without any further adieu, “The Twilight Zone” Marathon for Fall 2025.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Though there are a few favorites of my own from the series in this marathon I will not be spending the time programming my own DVR. With the New York Comic Con heading our way in the coming days I will have my hands full with preparation and getting myself together. I do all four days of the convention and its an exhausting effort if one is not prepared. I do see myself watching a few episodes if I find myself with the time and it appears that most of the ones I really like will be showing on Saturday. Can you guess which ones I like the most? Chime in down below and let me know what you think about this surprise marathon and what a few of your own favorite episodes of “The Twilight Zone” might be. This topic will be returned to for the usual end of year post unless they offer up another marathon of some length before that time. See you again my friends. I am now getting myself into New York Comic Con countdown mode. Cheers.
