ProgPower USA Reveals 2019 Day 1 & 2 Lineup

Now that the 2018 ProgPower USA Festival has ended and since we’ve shared the announcements about the 2019 Day 3 and Day 4 performing lineup, we can finish off the topic by revealing the recently announced Day 1 and Day 2 performers. Before we begin, I suggest that you peruse THIS LINK to see those weekend performers because a few of them are going to blow your Metal mind while some others will surely spark new levels of musical curiosity in you. This video isn’t as long as the other one, so just enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and be informed. I recommend letting it play in full and wear headphones if you are in a public space to not disturb those around you.

The Lineup: Iron Mask, Secret Sphere, Insomnium, Pretty Maids, Tomorrow’s Eve, Mayan, Galneryus, Evergrey.

Be Advised: Tickets will go on sale Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018 at 10am ET via Ticketmaster. Only 900 tickets will be made available to the general public, and tickets for the past 5 years have sold-out in less than 3 days!

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Now I’ve already cited how I don’t get to too many festivals or shows outside of my tristate area very often, but this event next year is quite compelling. Sure I might not know too many of the overall roster but there are quite a few names that I do enjoy and I’ve always been that sort of media who gets to the show early to see what else is going on. I doubt that this practice would change if I end up in Atlanta, Georgia next September. From this rundown I would be most excited about Mayan, Pretty Maids, Evergrey and Insomnium. Let’s see what happens as the summer arrives next year. Maybe you readers have done this festival before and if you are one of those number I’d love to find out what you think about the upcoming year and how much fun you had at previous events.
