It was back in November that I first posted about the brand-new Critics Choice Super Awards on PiercingMetal and you might recall that I was excited about them since they were directly speaking to a number of my media interests. Yesterday, the winners were announced via a virtual ceremony because thanks to the pandemic that is the easiest way we can do stuff like this nowadays. Though we still have a ways to go, I feel that in due time more sense of normalcy will be experienced but for now you folks just chill at home and let entertainment outlets like this one offer up the things you need to know about. So I didn’t watch the virtual ceremony but am happy to share the winners circle with you all down below. Since its always beneficial to see what didn’t win when all was said and done, I have left the nominees in this narrative as well. We can discuss more about this at the close when I return. Now get thee scrolling but maybe get a fresh cup of coffee first before you do.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Congratulations to all of the winners of this brand-new awards ceremony. This will definitely be one that I will follow on the PiercingMetal site based on its overall focus. I’ll keep doing the original Critics Choice Awards over on “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” since that makes the most logical sense. So in looking over the winners I am finding a number of properties that I didn’t see for one reason or another. I don’t have Amazon Prime so never saw “The Boys” and I wasn’t sure what “Lovecraft Country” was all about so passed on that one. I am happy to see the Harley Quinn character bring honored in live action and animation but must admit that I didn’t think the movie was all that good and I’ve not seen the television show passed episode one. Of course my views on the winners list is just a closing opinion and doesn’t affect the outcome but yeah that is where I stand on some choices. What about you readers? Was a favorite film or broadcast overlooked? Chime in down below if you feel that was the case because it makes having all this information at your hand all the more valuable. I will see you again soon so please stay safe out in this crazy hazy world in which we wander.
