PiercingMetal Thoughts: This convention intrigues me because as many readers of our site know, we have been attending both NY Comic Con and Toy Fair for a few years now and each of these massive events showcases things for the gamer at large. Now I should admit that I am not the biggest gamer because I am generally one of those who loses his weapon or lives way too fast in all the games that I try my hands at. With things like “Doom” I will wander off into the wrong room or in “Resident Evil” I will ALWAYS run into the worst of the worst with limited energy or a terrible weapon and so on. It’s horrible when you are trying to vie against those friends who can play for an hour before it’s your next turn. I was fair to decent on my old Colecovision console and that makes me more of an interested observer to the goings on nowadays when it comes to gaming. This convention sounds fascinating and seems to run at the same time as the Liberty City Anime Con which we are already attending as representatives of the media. If I can work out some sort of brief exploration at T5 for this event, you can guarantee that I will post up my images for your perusal along with any other coolness I should see. So tell me players, is this something you are interested in at all? Does PiercingMetal need to include more stuff for the gaming society in our ToyBox category of posts? Please let me know down in the comments below.
