I’m going to be delivering a whole lot of coolness with the 2015 Toy Fair posts over the next couple of weeks and this year is hoping to step up the company focuses along with the comprehensive overviews. This chapter is dedicated to the folks at Jazwares who are a company that I had not explored in the past but wanted to check out based on some licenses that I liked. Let’s go.
The Jazwares folks have a LOT of interesting licenses for their releases and I was glad to have set up an appointment with Skeleton Pete to examine the offerings. The photos in this narrative are of the items that we had permission to photograph. Some stuff was pending approval or not the final version and when that is the case we cannot share it with you. We would be greeted by the one and only Peppa Pig. She is quite popular among the younger set and all of my friends kids love her.
Walls and walls of new products to discuss with you but where should we begin the adventure. I will let the rep guide me along.
“Plants Vs. Zombies” seems like a good place to start. This is a popular mobile game but one I still need to look into myself. I’ve seen comic books even with this creation on it so you know something is doing well if its made it to toys and print. I’m going to have to get my hands on some of these since they look so cool and weird.
Now here is a property that I am much more familiar with having been an avid reader of the “Teen Titans” comic series from way in the day. In today’s world they are the stars of an exciting cartoon and these action figures help you bring that stuff into your own world. They looked awesome and I think that I need a complete set of them myself.
The Disney “Gravity Falls” is new to me but that doesn’t mean I cannot showcase their toys to you. Check them out.
Here is a very popular and very fun game called “Bungees”.
Here are the latest releases in the “NBA Heroes” line of action figures. With these they have taken some of the most prominent names in the Basketball sport and given them a slight superhero edge. I am not the biggest fan of any kind of sporting stuff so this is for those who cannot get enough of the stuff. Maybe I would be interested if they offered up some super powered NY Rangers 🙂

Here’s another new one for me with “Terraria”. Lots of quirky little action figures to choose from.
Back over to the Marvel heroes Paper Craft stuff. This is really excellent and detailed but requires levels of patience that I know I don’t have to get one of these together. I am sure you more industrious types will be fine with this collection though.
Oooh the Minecraft stuff. I have long been hearing that this is a fun game and I must set aside time to dig into it as well. So far I haven’t but if you love the game you should love this collection of plush toys and smaller action figures as well.
That brings me to the end of the Jazwares side of the fence. Pretty cool items don’t you think? I admit that I was on the fence about including this particular company in the PiercingMetal Toy Fair posts based on some of the things being geared towards a younger audience but with Marvel, DC and TMNT properties in the mix I felt it was fine to leave them here.
