Welcome back. I’m continuing along with the discoveries that were observed at the 2nd Annual NYC Hot Sauce Expo and if you missed the first installment, please click HERE so you can start from the beginning and continue along. Now it’s time for me to pick up where I left off so let’s go. It’s true that milk helps quell the fires within based on hot sauce and as you can see this liquid was available for a hefty markup today.

My lunch displayed before you all. Also added to my Foodspotting Account because I roll like that.

Now onto the table of the International Society of Culinary Pyros. Their main man had one hot suit and was fun to talk to during the wanders.

Now it was into the VIP section to see what was going on there as we had the means to explore. This was where a lot of the awesome spirits people were showing off their wares. Samples were everywhere but you needed to pace yourself and be responsible.

I also met some Danish people who were here exploring and do the exporting of these sauces for their country. Or is it import? I can never figure that out in all honesty. Nice guys and all Metal fans. I now have a standing invite to the Danish Metal Festival. Well, at least people to hang out with should I ever bring PiercingMetal’s voice across the Atlantic in person that is.

Rockers all love the Jager and they had a nice spicy blend of the stuff. I did like it.

Here’s Chris Caffery (Savatage/Trans-Siberian Orchestra) wandering the Expo and seeing what is around.

So what did you think about that one? Did you enjoy these images? Do you want another installment from this expo? You do??? Well alright, I will add one more chapter because I like all of you a whole lot so stay tuned for that tomorrow. Like before, I’ve listed a number of the vendors and people we’ve met during this chapter for you below so please do peruse their official websites or social networks to show some support. We also need your support and you can help out the PiercingMetal cause by lending some love over to our own Official Socials by following the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. Stay tuned for the final installment.
