Hello and welcome back again my friends in Geekdom. You have safely arrived here at the All-New PiercingMetal.com where I am continuing along with my in-depth coverage of the brand new convention by ReedPop called “Special Edition NYC”. My Day One presentation spanned five individual narratives but our Day Two will only be this one since we managed to get to almost everything in those posts. Strap yourselves in for the ride because here we go…..
I’m going to start out at the Marvel Comics area where they were not only hosting some signings but also offering fans a handful of cool giveaways. There were comic books, trading cards and a few posters to be had along with the eyeball of The Watcher in a super ball form. Cool but in a gross way don’t you think.
When I swung through, Peter David was getting ready to sign some books. Always great to see Peter meeting the fans.

This is Zipper Tan who is an artist and Cosplayer. I’ve met Zipper at NY Comic Con a few times and its always a pleasure catching up with her.
Chris Claremont is a giant among the comic creatives and its great to see him talking to the fans about the characters he worked on that are now in films.
This dog is an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. We are in good paws.
The Sunday badge for the convention showcased Valiant Comics Bloodshot. They had a big pavilion at this convention as well.

And so that brings us to the end of this little presentation. I hope that you enjoyed it as much as I did in bringing it to your attention. Considering that this was a first go at a new convention I can say that I felt it went off pretty good but perhaps should add a couple of more things to spark extra interest. I met a lot of awesome and talented folks and their websites are below for your examination. The next convention I’ve lined up will be the Photo Expo but I stockpile that on Piercing Ken so I guess in terms of the website it will be New York Comic Con which will be here before you know it.
