Hello again my fellow comic book and convention fans and welcome back to another chapter in my 2013 NY Comic Con explorations. I’m closing in on the end of my Day Three adventuring and man has this been a productive day in terms of photography so far. This post is MOSTLY of the cosplayers but there are some vendors and personalities here as well. Let’s start with this kitten who has some claws to her cosplay and run down the next fifty images.
This was an Intel video gaming area and as you can see they took over quite a bit of real estate at the Javits with this area. Gamers were competing and actually had an audience watching as if it was a sporting event. That was pretty wild for me to witness.
This is Leia Down, a super villain cosplayer and adult actress. I’ll say to look her up but please be 18+ if you do.
The folks at Einhorn’s Epic Cookies were dishing out samples as well as selling bags of the stuff. The samples were a quick needed dose of sugar to my slowly wearing down self.
The red headed leather clad lass is none other than Megan Massacre. She is a noted tattoo artist. She even has a reality program.
This is the table for Drew Morrison an artist who had a booth in The Block. Was surprised he wasn’t in Artist Alley but oh well.
Some of the merchandise that could be found at the Misfits booth. Loved this little devil for sure.
Ran into this charming convention friend and she was helping out at the Troma booth. I would spend a little time here today snapping pics of their colorful players and it was close to the Misfits table so it made sense.
Here’s Jerry Only with one of the girls helping rep the Troma table. I’ve met her at cons before in different cosplay and her wings actually worked but were very delicate.
Hey look its Toxi!!! He was helping out at the booth and posing for photos with the fans.
These lovely ladies were Super-Tromette’s and they were signing their photos for fans today as well.
That’s Lloyd Kaufman the head of the Troma Films crew. He was having a blast at the Con as you can see here.
This was one of my favorite cosplays observed at the con. You need to have watched “Breaking Bad” to know the reference.
Towards the end of my day I wandered down to Artist Alley to see what was going on there. I’m going to spend the remainder of my day here if I can since as you can observe this is a big space to examine as well.
Here’s Peter David who was busy sending some texts so I didn’t want to disturb him.
Alright, that will bring me to the end of this chapter and I will have one more for you from Day Three before getting us into the Day Four fun so please stay tuned. Remember that you can see more side images and notations from the convention on the Official Instagram and Official Facebook for PiercingMetal and I’d love to have you as a part of our social network support team. Don’t forget to also click through on some of the weblinks below to help those talented folks out. See you tomorrow.
