Continuing along with the observations at NY Comic Con 2012, I pick up where I just left off in my first installment from the Day Two portion of the massive event. I felt like keeping up with the mostly Cosplay display for awhile and also would head down to the Artist Alley for a little while. Let’s begin with this killer Nick Fury. After the shot I thanked him for his part in the recent NYC conflict.

I next glanced upon some kind of Spider-Man Ninja and while I didn’t quite understand the idea thought it was cool at the same time. This is all about being creative after all.

As I wandered down the long corridor I ran into an absolutely terrifying Carnage Cosplay. He really did a great job on the spawn of Venom that is for sure.

Cosplay of “The Avengers” was at an all time high it seemed and evidence comes with this lovely Lady Thor…..

Now onto some Artist Alley tables. Here is the charming Carla Wyzgala and her “Carlations” booth.

Here’s Ben Templesmith and the “Ultrasylvania” Title. That’s a friend of his and not the person associated with the Emanuela Lupacchino.

This is Miss Destiny Blue. An artist of course.

Here’s my alien friend and Destiny Blue. I rather enjoyed the contrast of the red hair and the blue. All we needed was someone dressed as Storm with the white hair between them.

Our friend in Metal and from Marvel the one and only Nelson.

This struck me as rather strange. Doctor Strange that is. What an excellent family cosplay. That’s the good doctor, The Black Cat and Clea.

Here is Rafael Albuquerque at his table. He is the co-creator of “American Vampire”

Here is Z.M. Thomas, and he had some seriously scandal causing comic books going on. I nearly bust a gut reading some of the titles he was offering up.

A super hero journalist from The Daily Show interviews a super hot Cosplayer

Two of these three are in the Batman Family of Cosplay while the lass on the far right seems to have crossed paths with an Alien hatchling.

There was another alien wandering around. I wondered if she was related to my friend that was in a couple of photos earlier.

Here are some shots of the Schiffer Publishing Group and their Contemporary Illustrated Pin-Up Book. Its features greats like Vargas.

Here is the Cosmic Castaway with my Silver Alien friend.

Once again the Willy Wonka folks were here with lots of “Nerds” related ephemera but not a single nugget of the candy. Oh the humanity. They should really take a lesson from the Hi-Chew folks and bring a boatload of it.

There were a lot of clothing vendors at the Con once again and here are some shots of Shirtshimi

We’ve seen The Vamplets at Toy Fair a couple of times now and love what they are all about. Fans of the cuteness in vampirism might like one of these plushies.

By Odin’s beard! This was a terrific Enchantress and Loki Cosplay

Now the Asgardians appear to be joined by Kurt Cobain. Or perhaps just Thor out of costume.

Here are some great Cosplayers
Do you remember Sparkler? She is one of the Justice Purveyors which is a team led by Electrolyte. We were happy to see her and creator Patrick Reilly once again.

Hey look there is an action figure for Electrolyte now…..

I don’t think I need to tell you who this is at the Troma Booth the one and only Toxic Avenger

This poor young Cosplayer had a broken boot and was stuck for the duration.

At least she had some company for a few minutes.

I’ve apparently stumbled upon a battle scene.
This is a cosplay from a very sick but fun looking video game.

I apologize for not really knowing any of the next bunch of Cosplayers characters but do enjoy the images.

I’ll close this chapter with one of the most awesome of the awesomes, check out this dapper lad as War Machine. That totally rocks right?

Alright so another chapter is done and ready to let you take a deep breath before we go at it one more time for Day Two. Oh come on now, did you think I would be finished so soon? For shame my dear readers, for shame. I’ll be adding a new feature each day as I’ve said so we don’t overload you but until that time please do click on some of the websites listed below so you can learn more about these creative people.
