The Scoop:
Phish returns to New York City this year for a four-night New Year’s run at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, December 28th through Saturday, December 31st. A ticket request period is currently underway at tickets.phish.com (ending Monday, October 3rd at Noon ET). Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, October 7th at Noon ET at ticketmaster.com. A limited number of travel packages (hotel and tickets) will go on sale Thursday, October 6th at Noon ET HERE.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Historically speaking I have never been able to catch Phish in concert during one of their New York City residencies. It’s a hot ticket and now that the pandemic times are viewed as being “over”, every single media worth their salt is looking to go to things like they did in the Before Times. Hopefully I’ll get to participate with this one but its too early to tell whether that will happen or not. While I know this isn’t a Metal thing at all, its hard to sit back and ignore the success of the Phish residencies and how they sell out year after year. With that said I wonder who out there in the readership is planning on attending or hopes to attend when December rolls around.
