The moment has finally arrived and the Amazing Spider-Man is making his proper mark in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with his first full feature film “Spider-Man: Homecoming”; We all enjoyed his appearance in “Captain America: Civil War” but now its his chance to shine. The film opens up today in theaters everywhere and for some of the lucky folks in his home town NYC, they already saw it during a special showing a week ago. Check out the official theatrical release poster along with some reminder stuff and then I’ll return with my thoughts.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I’ve already said that I was all in for this film but based on the myriad amounts of fans that will be lined up since last night for the opening, I am most likely going to wait until some time next week to check it out. With school being out there is no way that I am getting a ticket for the weekend. Maybe Monday first thing will work out for me. Having seen all the trailers I have to say that Holland seems to be a great Parker/Spider-Man and I hope that his involvement in the MCU is longer lasting than its projected to be. “Wonder Woman” might have been kicking some super-hero movie a$$ for the last couple of months, but I am pretty convinced that “Spider-Man: Homecoming” is going to blow this out of the water and generate numbers that rival “Captain America: Civil War”. What about you readers? Will you be seeing this film on the opening weekend? If you do see it please know that while I want your opinion I don’t want any single spoiler posted below. Just say whether or not you liked it if you must add something. Don’t even say why or why not since I am too good at discerning things. Thanks for your cooperation on that. Needless to say I cannot wait to see this one. Until next time.
