Opening: “Ghost In The Shell” in Theaters Everywhere (3/31/2017)

I’ve already lined out how this particular bit of Science Fiction had been lost on me. I don’t really follow a lot of Anime stuff but its more of a time thing than a lack of interest. Anyway, that said, the live-action feature film for the “Ghost In The Shell” opens up today in theatres across the country. Check out the official Theatrical Poster and refresh some premise and cast stuff as well.

The Premise: Cyborg counter-cyberterrorist field commander The Major (Scarlett Johansson) and her task force Section 9 thwart cyber criminals and hackers. Now, they must face a new enemy who will stop at nothing to sabotage Hanka Robotics’ artificial intelligence technology.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: You Anime fans got me on this one. I am in the room with the completely clueless but I did think that the trailers looked good. I’m likely going to pass on this one but I wondered if you readers are planning on indulging in this in the theaters or are waiting for cable as well. Is this something that I would like based on what you readers know we are most fascinated by here at the Metal Command HQ? Let me know down in the comments and especially if you are planning on seeing the film on its theatrical run. Just don’t post any spoiler stuff since that always sucks. Until next time.
