We’ve not been mum about the upcoming suspense film “A Quiet Place” and now its time to tell you (but in hushed whispers and sign language) that this Paramount Pictures feature is opening today in theaters across the country. Let’s look at the official theatrical poster along with the premise and casting.
The Synopsis: A family living on a farm hides from a supernatural evil attracted to sound by avoiding every noise and communicating in sign language. (thanks Wiki)
The Cast:
John Krasinski as The Father
Emily Blunt as The Mother
Noah Jupe as The Son
Millicent Simmonds as The Daughter
PiercingMetal Thoughts: After the couple of creepy trailer posts that I shared HERE and HERE I have to say that I am really interested in checking this one out but alas there is not going to be the time for me. As you read this I am off to the New York International Auto Show for the PiercingKen.com website and over the next few weeks are other conventions and shows to pay close attention to. Heck, I didn’t even manage to see “Pacific Rim: Uprising” or “Ready Player One” yet so it looks like my next visit to the movie theater will be for “Avengers: Infinity War”. I’m okay with waiting on this one actually since I fear its premise of quiet will not be honored by those folks who need to monitor their Facebook and Twitter or Instagram during films. What about you readers? Will you be checking this one out early in its theatrical run? If you do, please don’t post any spoilers below but let us know if you found it to your liking or not.
