Now Streaming: “Titans” on DC Universe (10/12/2018)

Back around the time of the Comic Con International: San Diego, we shared the first trailer for the upcoming DC Universe streaming service program “Titans” and I hope that you managed to see it since it was pretty exciting. If you missed the post, no worries since you can just click THIS LINK to check it out before I continue along. During last weeks New York Comic Con, over at the DC Comics pavilion, the rallying for their new streaming service of “DC Universe” was in high gear. The folks who attended the convention could get a special edition “Titans” comic for free and if they showed one of the reps their account they got a goodie bag that included a special Robin pin. Today, this service is officially live and the debut series “Titans” first episode is available for streaming. Take a look at the dramatic poster below along with some casting. I’ll close out with additional editorial views soon after.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: So the deal was if you signed up during the NYCC you got a chance to enjoy the service for a week for free before being billed so that means I am now five days in on the shows premiere so I have to get on point and watch to see if I feel like paying for this at the moment. I already have a too high monthly cable bill and a Netflix account and let’s not forget that there is a Disney service coming that will have a lot of Marvel stuff to watch. In my humble opinion this is all going to start getting out of hand so as I close this up I wonder what your opinion of the service is and if you will be signing on month after month. The new “Titans” series will be a weekly presentation and not following the Netflix format of allowing a single binge watching session. I am not sure that I like that to be honest. Only time will tell.
