Hey there my readers and all the fans of the Pop Culture stuff. I’m returning to the topic of the series “Lucifer” which begins its new life as a streaming series as of this very moment. The show was rescued from Fox TV oblivion by Netflix and the fourth season can be binge-watched starting now if you feel like it. We discussed the show being picked up by Netflix a couple of times already with Official Trailer post (HERE) and the fun “that which has happened before” Recap post (HERE) and now its time to get on with the nitty gritty. I’ve embedded a new poster, the overall premise and casting for the new season down below. Enjoy.

The Premise:
Reeling from the aftermath of Chloe seeing his devil face, Lucifer faces a new challenge: Eve, the original sinner herself, is back. Does she want revenge for when he tempted her out of Eden oh so many years ago… or something else entirely? Lucifer Season 4 premieres May 8 only on Netflix.

The Cast/Characters:
Tom Ellis as Lucifer Morningstar
Lauren German as Detective Chloe Decker
Kevin Alejandro as Detective Daniel “Dan” Espinoza
D. B. Woodside as Amenadiel
Lesley-Ann Brandt as Mazikeen
Scarlett Estevez as Beatrice “Trixie” Espinoza
Rachael Harris as Dr. Linda Martin
Aimee Garcia as Ella Lopez
Inbar Lavi as Eve

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I’ve already mentioned that I was a fan of the series when it was airing on the Fox network so I will definitely be watching it’s continuation on Netflix. Of course I will not be binging straight away as I’ve still a number of the Marvel Netflix shows to attend too now that they’ve all been cancelled by the service. While I don’t think that they are leaving Netflix for good straight away, its better to watch them first and get it over with. For those of you who didn’t know this news, its indeed true that Netflix has cancelled “Daredevil”, “Luke Cage”, “Iron Fist”, “Jessica Jones” and “The Punisher”. If you’ve never seen them it might be a good idea to start from the beginning and work your way through them. Now back to “Lucifer”, who among you is a subscriber and already a fan of the series? Will you be binge watching? I’d venture to guess that there will be Hell to pay if you didn’t. I’ll show myself out.
