I’m coming at you nice and early to share the news that the Netflix Original Series “Lost In Space” has its second season online as you read this and will continue the adventures of the Robinson family. I shared the Final Trailer back in early December and I have to say that it looks really good. Set your mindset to binge watch because after you check out the poster, premise and casting you can get right on down to it.

The Premise:
In the aftermath of an impact event that threatens the survival of humanity, the Robinson family is selected for the 24th mission of the Resolute (24th Colonist Group), an interstellar spacecraft carrying selected families to colonize the Alpha Centauri star system. Before they reach their destination, an alien robot breaches the Resolute’s hull. Forced to evacuate the mothership in short-range Jupiter spacecraft, scores of colonists, among them the Robinsons, crash on a nearby habitable planet. There they must contend with a strange environment and battle their own personal demons as they search for a way back to the Resolute. (c/o Wiki)

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Sadly, I didn’t manage to catch the first season as I’ve fallen WAY behind on my Netflix shows. Since I tend to go to a lot of concerts and conventions, I am not home much and end up with a loaded DVR and with this being the case I will be using the holidays to clean a bit of that up so I don’t erase anything that has been recorded. Considering a few friends have told me that they are loving this take on the classic series I’m going to need to watch it as they are opinions I trust for this kind of stuff. What do you readers think? Are you already on point with this series? Netflix sure seems to be doing okay with their series offerings like the recently premiered “The Witcher” and feature film exclusives like “The Irishman”. I’ll sure miss the Marvel Studios stuff but don’t think that they will be suffering all that much. See you next time.
