We’ve touched upon the latest inclusion to the Marvel Universe of film and television with “Helstrom” when we shared the Official Trailer several weeks ago. Today this series premieres on the Hulu streaming service and as opposed to showcasing this episodically with a week by week presentation, the interested will find the entire run of episodes available now. Let’s review the poster, premise and casting for this one. I was a reader and fan of the original “Son Of Satan” character and am very curious how they deliver him to the masses in this series.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: While I mentioned my reading that original comic and following the character into a number of guest appearances I am not too sure if they will go the same route in this series. I’ll give it a chance of course since none of the other shows that I pay mind too have any episodes airing based on the halts in production due to the Coronavirus. To be honest, I’d really love the classic look from said “Son Of Satan” or “Defenders” comics to make an appearance eventually since that is so comic booky if such a word exists. If I am judging the trailer clip from before too harshly by saying it reminded me more of the original “Constantine” show and the not well received reboot of “The Night Stalker” series then so be it. Prove me wrong I say. I am all about the expansion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and am pleasantly surprised more than I am not.
