Metal Blade Records & Metal Injection To Host King Diamond Viewing @ St. Vitus Bar

To say that the legendary King Diamond’s popularity has never been higher would be an understatement and I am basing this on sold out show after sold out show across our Metal Nation and of course being one of the main highlights during the Festivals that happen on the other side of the pond. During the last tour, they made a recording of it all for an eventual home video release and in few weeks some lucky fans will get to watch this film in Brooklyn at the popular Saint Vitus Bar. The event comes care of Kings record label Metal Blade Records and those providers of entertainment over at Metal Injection. After the jump you can learn all of the necessary details on how to attend.

The Scoop: Metal Blade Records and Metal Injection would like to invite you to King Diamond’s release party for his new DVD/Blu-ray, ‘Songs For The Dead Live’ (due out Jan. 25th).
When: Feb. 6th at 7PM
Where: Saint Vitus (1120 Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222)
What: In addition to showing both concerts from the DVD/Blu-ray, “Abigail” will also be in attendance.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I’m rushing to post this since the bar isn’t massive in size and I don’t want any of our awesome readers to be shut out if they can and will attend this thing. The email address is visible in the poster as you can see and you are going to want to get on that ASAP. Make sure that you have the night open to attend and that you are in a close enough distance to make this. I mean it doesn’t make sense if you are in Chicago, or Las Vegas that you sign up for this and waste a space. Empty spaces will surely disappoint the King and you don’t want him sending Abigail after you do you? I am not sure I can attend just yet but would like to and I am eager to get a copy of the video as soon as its available. Back in December, the label released a live single with “Sleepless Nights” and I offered up my thoughts HERE in case you want to learn them. I can’t wait to see King Diamond in concert once again, he is always so awesome and here is a quick shot that I snapped during a show in 2015 I think. It will bring you to our Official Facebook so consider giving us a “Like” and participating in our presentations. If I make this special event I will likely offer up some thoughts so stay tuned and ciao for now.
