Believe it or not, it’s been more than a full year since we got the Final Trailer for the Marvel Studios release “Black Widow” and as you know full well, the world changed dramatically not long after that post that we made HERE in case you somehow missed it. Resultant of the pandemic, all the movie theaters were closed and films like this one were pushed back for quite a few months. Now as more of a sense of normalcy comes into play we have a new theatrical and streaming date and a New Trailer so check it out down below. I’ve once again included the premise, casting and a brand-new poster.

The Premise: Following the events of Captain America: Civil War (2016), Natasha Romanoff finds herself alone and forced to confront a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Romanoff must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger.

The Cast/Characters:
Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow
David Harbour as Alexei Shostakov/Red Guardian
Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova/Black Widow
O-T Fagbenle as Rick Mason

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I was interested in the “Black Widow” film from the start and I liked some of the characters that they were putting in this film like The Red Guardian and The Taskmaster. I am hoping against hope that we get some more of the Soviet Super Soldiers in this one or that it leads us to a Disney+ series of some kind. This trailer looks great and seems to have more action in these couple of minutes than we got in the recent “Wonder Woman 1984” film. I cannot say it enough in how disappointed I was in that film and after having expected so much from it. The recent outstanding “WandaVision” and in progress “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” just proves that Marvel is better at this stuff and while I am still a bit uncertain about seeing this in the theater in July, I know that I am not paying Disney+ $30 to see it. The only way I spend that much is when I purchase the Blu-ray release for it. So closing up I wonder what you readers think about this one. Chime in down below in the comments section and I will see you next time around.
