PiercingMetal Thoughts: As many have learned from my regular comic book posts, I am not one that usually snags a variant cover or really follows along with limited series nowadays. It’s not for lack of interest its more of a managing the available cash for such things and now especially with the pandemic being on top of us. However with that being said, I do love the work that Cates and Stegman did with “Venom” and feel that this “King In Black” might be a very gripping tale. Now let’s get onto just how amazing this cover by Nauck and Rosenberg is because its literally out of this world. I will be perusing the debut issue of the limited series when it hits the racks this December and maybe I will reconsider. What do you readers think about this variant cover reveal and the upcoming “King In Black” storyline that will surely change the way in which we view the symbiotes of the Marvel Universe.
