With Marvel’s recent announcement about a host of brand-new title launches and their sharing not only the cover art but several preview pages, I’m going to help rally the charge by giving each of them a posting. Here’s the scoop on the just announced “Captain America” title. Marvel’s Sentinel Of Liberty is going to reach 700 issues for his currently running title soon enough and I am guessing we shall also see him in action on the big screen once more when “Avengers: Infinity War” opens this April.

Fans will be able to read the first Captain America story from Ta-Nehisi Coates and Leinil Yu in the Avengers/Captain America Free Comic Book Day issue, on sale May 5th – and can view the back cover art of the issue by Leinil Yu for the first time now!

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I haven’t been adding too much to these posts since there isn’t a lot for me to say without an issue in my hands or the availability of some preview pages. I’ve loved the Captain America character for decades now and have quite a few issues in my personal collection. I’m looking forward to see what happens to him next.
