I have to admit that this news is getting to be on the scary side at this point because not only have we found some tours being cancelled like Fleshgod Apocalypse and Devin Townsend, but we’ve also been informed that the massive E3 Expo is not going to happen this year.
Adding to the level of concern about what can come next comes Live Nation and AEG Worldwide’s unified stance on no show at a venue with more than 500 people was going to happen. This brings me to the current item which finds the Lords Of Acid cancelling, I mean postponing, their entire tour. Please watch their video down below. PiercingMetal Thoughts: When I posted about the bands tour back in February (seen HERE), I mused that I might be in attendance but since that time we leaned of the return of Tyr (discussed HERE) and that was going to be happening on the same night. Of course with the current state of tour after tour being postponed who knows if that one is going to happen either. I’d like to be more positive but the circumstances are not leaving me in too big a comfort zone. This is going to hurt the music scene but one’s health is much more important at the end of the day. Please do your best to mind your surroundings and keep your hands clean and don’t touch your face. That is one thing these news broadcasts keep repeating. I am a frequent hand washer and also carry a bottle of Purell with me along with numerous tissues but I am not a germaphobe by any sense. I just don’t want to be sick with so much to do. Alright, that is all I have on this one. I am thinking that I am going to be very busy in the coming days as more and more news like this comes to light. See you then.
