Bruce Dickinson says, “We’ve had a fantastic time on the Legacy tour so far, and the reaction everywhere to the stage show and all the crazy props (and Eddie!) I get to play with has been phenomenal. The whole band has been having such fun we’re really excited to bring this production to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, The Philippines, Israel and Dubai and to come back to Europe and reach even more of our fans there”

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I have to admit that its news like this that makes me wish I was more of a world traveller because how cool and awesome would it be to see the mighty Iron Maiden in places like Germany, Finland and even Japan. I bet its mind-blowing for sure so I am rather envious of our friends on the other side of the pond. I do hope you will be investigating one of these many shows if the band is coming to your region because they still are packing one of the biggest punches that I’ve ever experienced at a Metal show. Now let me address the run of opening acts that fans will be able to enjoy – what a bunch of heavy hitting names that is. I’ve seen all of the bands on these shows outside of Lord Of The Lost but I will do my best to look into them soon. Both Alter Bridge and Within Temptation are high on my own list of favorite live bands and the crush of KSE is something that fans will not soon forget. Make sure that you arrive early enough to see whoever is supporting your particular gig. That’s all I have to say about the matter and I wonder who might be reading this from that part of the world and will be marking down the dates to see Maiden. Of course if you live over here with us and are planning on doing that as well I’d love to hear about your pending mission. See you next time and oh, before we head off into sleep don’t forget to check out the post we did about the upcoming British Lion Tour and about the Iron Maiden “Phase 4” of remastered re-issues. Cheers.
