PiercingMetal Thoughts: One of the things that I like the most about the Marvel Legends Series is the overall diversity of characters you are getting from them. Over the year’s we’ve found teams like Alpha Flight and Thunderbolts so adding the Squadron Supreme is a cool new deep cut to offer collectors. Sure, a lot of you might not know too much about this team that originally was a mirror to DC Comics own Justice League but lucky for you there are a number of collected editions for you to peruse at your local comic book store. Now while I love these two-pack sets and appreciated some of the Squadron Supreme stories, I will likely be passing on this one since I have to be wiser with my budget. The holiday bills are coming in now and “ouch” to some of those LOL. IMHO this is the kind of set that is aimed at the deep cut dedicated collector but those are the folks that keep this interesting.
