Hey there my friends, so as you can tell I am keeping the posts a coming from the recent adventures at the American International Toy Fair. Much like my coverage of the annual NY Comic Con, this one has a lot of chapters since we are shining light on many different companies. I lined this all out on THIS POST, so please use that as a handy guide if necessary. Today I’ll start sharing my findings from the LEGO pavilion and this visit would be my first time in a few years of doing so. Their booth is an explosion of activity and they set up the group media visit at 7AM on the Saturday morning of Toy Fair. I was excited to come in but boy oh boy did I need a cup of coffee. Let’s explore the assorted lines of awesome that they have this year.
That’s some terrific stuff for sure and what a nice variety of properties to inspire creativity in the minds of the young and older folks like myself. My favorites so far would fall along the lines of the DC and Marvel Superheroes. I am a big fan of the minifigs that they make and feel one can collect only those and run out of room in a short amount of time. I’ll stop with the LEGO brand here for the time being but don’t worry because I still have two more installments from this incredible company. For those curious, I did get my cup of coffee since they had set up a nice little spread of that and some bagels and danish. I was pretty exhausted since I spent most of yesterday at the LEGO Live event down at Basketball City and then had a crushing Metal show to attend. No rest for the wicked they always say. Stay tuned to the website for the next chapter and please follow along with our social networks to see more coolness from the event along with scores of other stuff. Just give some likes to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. See you next time around.
