Well hello again my fellow New York Comic Con explorers, I’m happy to find you back for another thrilling chapter in the presentation as I continue along with my visual offerings from the 2018 event that took over the Javits Center a few short days ago. With this installment I am finishing off the Day Two images and notations so if you missed any of the stuff that came before please click HERE first because you are going to want to see this stuff from beginning to end. I’ll start off with a great photo of Miss Nic ter Horst who is always a pleasure to say hello too.
Is anyone keeping track of the number of Harley Quinn cosplays that I’ve loaded in so far? Perhaps that will make a fun contest once the whole thing is locked and loaded. Thoughts?
Robert Hack is working on a brand new “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” comic book series so grab that one when you see it on the racks if you are not attending NYCC.
Mr. Dennis Kitchen who started Kitchen Sink Press.
This deadly and dare I say Venom-ous cosplayer is Miss Bang Bang Luna. She rocks. She is also in an earlier chapter as Two-Face so go find that photo if you missed it. I believe it was on the tail end of Day One visuals.
This great Batman display was in the DC Pavilion. They are preparing for the Dark Knight’s 80th Anniversary which comes next year.
Also in the pavilion was the chance to play the DC Super Villain Creator video game by LEGO. We love the brand and look forward to seeing them at Toy Insider and TTPM events after Toy Fair.
I don’t know this character below but she looked great. I wonder how she answers texts with that hand. Something to think about while on the way home I guess.
This crazy cat was wailing on the buckets and was sounding better than a lot of drummers I know. Not me of course since I still rock and have the skills. I’m only kidding, I really need a crash course in bashing once more because I miss it.
Well, that seems to be it from the Day Two wanderings of the Javits Center and I hope you readers enjoyed our four chapters and the “175” photos that made up those installments. Truth be told, I kind of expected that I would be busier today and I guess I just wasn’t. That’s fine because tomorrow is the Saturday session of NYCC and its the most densely populated of them all. My plan is to spend a lot of the time in Artist Alley but so far I have been rather random with my exploring. Let’s see what happens when we get here right? So before you head onto the next thing that interests you on the web, I encourage you to click through to some of the websites that are linked below so you can learn more about the people and companies showcased in this chapter. I also hope that you’ll come lend some love to our Official Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts because I’d love for you to be along for the adventures as they happen. See you next time.
Update: In 2021 a video photo gallery was uploaded to the Official PiercingMetal YouTube Channel to help build up the content there and to offer fans of the New York Comic Con a different way to enjoy the presentation. This clip is from Day Two of our 2018 explorations. We ask site visitors to subscribe to the channel, click the notification bell and leave a comment and like the video to allow for more milestones to be reached.
