Hello again my friends and welcome back to another installment from the Toy Association’s Toy Fair for 2025. The event ended a couple of weeks ago but as you know with shows like this one you end up with a whole lot of content to share with your audience. Today I will be finishing up with what I observed at the Super7 booth so without any further adieu let’s continue.
When last we met I had wrapped up with some Metal legends brought to action figure life and now its time to share some really cool Reaction versions of the “Micronauts” series. Growing up I absolutely loved “The Micronauts” and especially their main villain Baron Karza. He was a large figure held together by magnetic joints but this smaller figure makes an impression.
It was interesting to see a smaller version of Biotron as this was originally one of the largest figures that they had. I might have to get that Karza one.

Here are some smaller Transformers figures of the main hero and villain in Optimus Prime and Megatron and each comes in a VHS styled case. That looks pretty cool.
Coming up next a run of Reaction figure blind boxes of some truly cool properties. Here’s Sesame Street…
This is Czarface but I am not too up on this character myself.
Voltron, Defender of The Universe. I’d hope for the classic style or the clear one.
Here’s a series of Reptar. He’s from the Rugrats if memory serves me but if it doesn’t please understand I do not follow that franchise.
Also a batch of Universal Monsters…
I showed you the Cyborg Mechagodzilla earlier but here are a few cool Iron Giant figures. Believe it or not I have never seen that film. I should look into it since I do love the way that the robot looks.
These were brand-new to my eyes and are the line of “Super Cycles”. They were cute but for a particular collector. Some of the licenses they have for these included Universal Monsters, Peanuts and the Misfits. Mummy Boy is also in this collection for good measure and that one made a whole lot of sense to me.
While these might not particularly be for me, I can see myself laying out to scratch for the Misfits edition.
Super7 has launched a new line of creations called “Fun!Fun!” and these are quite interesting. They are smaller vinyl figures but have no real articulation that I can see from my vantage point and there are a number of different properties being represented. Mechagodzilla was the first one that I saw from the Godzilla line.
There are a number of Godzilla eras to choose from and a few of his deadly foes. I am sure that S7 will offer up some more based on just how much Godzilla stuff they already have.
They also had Fun!Fun! creations for “Peanuts”, “Garfield” and “Sesame Street”. These are cute but I foresee collectors falling into the same mire as one can do with Pops. You end up wanting every single one from a particular property. For instance KISS, you buy one of them and then will be compelled to obtain all of the other members.
Like most of you readers of a certain age I too grew up with a teddy bear and it was wonderful. I only wonder what life might have been like if it was a Teddy Mechagodzilla or Godzilla. Of course these are not exactly listed as being teddy bears and are instead plushies but you get my drift.
They also had a smaller version of Big Bird.
These larger than Reaction editions of Mothra and The Shredder from TMNT lead us to a bunch of their “Thundercats” figures. Oddly enough that was never a series that I followed either. Some friends loved it but I had other favorites.
Growing up I loved the “Dungeons & Dragons” cartoon and I think I even recorded episodes at the time but that memory is a little hazy. They never made action figures for the hit show so I guess we can count on Super7 since they now have this massive Tiamat to add to one’s collection. She is massive in size and well, also on the massive size in price. An awesome collectible for sure but for those with a little extra spending cash.
These “Mars Attacks” figures looked great but that was never really a franchise that I focused on. Weird fun movie though right?
More Thundercats with Lion-O and the dreaded villain Mumm-Ra.
As I head out from the Super7 booth and onto my next proper appointment, I couldn’t resist sharing the pair of items that were stationed on the podium. You’ve seen these before but I don’t recall that Mummy Boy being glow in the dark like this one. Good stuff.
That brings me to the end of my exploration of the Super7 booth and wow were there a lot of awesome items. As I wrapped this one I realized that I didn’t snap much of their GI Joe items and I think that I got distracted but not to worry. I end up seeing Super7 at events like the Five Points Festival which happens in June and of course the New York Comic Con so I’m not worried. Tomorrow I will be beginning my findings from the Hasbro booth and I will tell you now that there will be a few chapters here and even on “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” because I saw so much. To keep track of the posts from Toy Fair 2025 just click the hyperlinked text and as always I encourage you to help PiercingMetal on our social media platforms via the Official PiercingMetal Linktree. Chime in down below if you have something to add for this specific exhibitor and please also enjoy my video brief that was done before all the snaps.
