Welcome back my friends, its nice to see you up and attacking the day so very early. As you well know, I’ve been sharing the discoveries from this year’s Toy Fair which ended a couple of weeks ago. This post finds me finishing up what was being presented by McFarlane Toys. Queue lights and music….here we go.
When I was ending the previous posts I had just arrived at the McFarlane Toys statues of some Marvel Comics greats. These are amazing statues that bring the comic book covers and select pages to life for your display shelf. I will apologize in advance at how the light in the Javits Center was hitting the packaging of many of these but I did what I could.
These cool Venom and Spider-Man statues sure look exciting to me.
The Beast and Storm deliver some quality X-Men presence to the mix.
It’s nice to see two variations on Daredevil, The Man Without Fear…
While I wasn’t initially a fan, I’ve come to like the Miles Morales Spider-Man very much.
Two of the amazing covers of “The Incredible Hulk” by Todd himself can now be enjoyed in 3D. If you own these comics consider yourself lucky as they are now worth a couple of bucks.
You might have seen me mention a few times that I am not really the biggest statue collector and I am not but when I see coolness like this one I might be forced to change my mind.
This is a section of the relaunched “X-Men” title from the 90’s which was done by Jim Lee. The massive gatefold cover it had makes me wonder if McFarlane Toys will be doing the other covers for connecting statues. Tell us Todd what is the scoop on that?
Some fantastic Captain America statues from assorted eras.
This Thor sure looks mighty. Sorry I couldn’t resist.
Do you own a copy of “Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars”? It was in this issue where Spider-Man got the black costume which would eventually be revealed to be a symbiote that became Venom.
McFarlane Toys has begun offering up some Anime stuff like these action figures from “Bleach” and “Demon Slayer”. I’m still quite the novice at the Anime stuff despite my continued attendance at the Anime NYC Convention. If that event is something you’re interested in learning about just click the hyperlinked text for all of my coverage.
I’d be lying if I said that anything sports interests me at all but I did like these mascots that are coming from McFarlane Toys. I didn’t see Mr. Met so I hope that he is on the planning list since that one will surely sell very well.
This Connor McGregor seemed to be more of a statue in his own little octagon. Connor surely kicks butt but this statue is for a more dedicated fan. This would be all of the McFarlane Toys sports items that I snapped.
If only I had the room for such a statue like this Batman one. It’s rather large but oh so dramatic.
McFarlane Toys also had some larger size Batman cowls on hand. I won’t lie about this but I just loved the classic Batman series one. That show aired when I was quite young, but I was able to enjoy it when it went to syndication.
Speaking of amazing statuary, here is a Batman from “Detective Comics”. Very classic look to Batman in his earliest years.
The McFarlane Toys booth had a number of art pieces on the walls so I snapped visuals of those for you as well.
For my last photo from McFarlane Toys I’m sharing a long visual of the Batman ’66 cowl because it just brought back so many memories for me. I own that series on Blu-ray and think that I might need to revisit it at some point.
That’s going to bring me to the end of the exploration of the McFarlane Toys booth. Sending a world of thanks to their team for allowing me the chance to peruse your offerings and share my findings. To keep up with all of the Toy Fair 2025 posts just click the hyperlinked text to launch a new browser tab that will feature all of our posts. You can also find our social media feeds via of the Official PiercingMetal Linktree. I hope you’ve enjoyed the posts so far and please be advised that I still have a few companies to show you. Tomorrow I will likely begin my Super7 focuses and then move onto Hasbro or reverse that. Let’s see what the coin toss says. Flips coin and ahh its heads and that means its going to be ****** You didn’t think I was going to spoil the reveal did you? For shame. See you tomorrow.
