Well hello once again my dear friends and welcome back to the continued discoveries from this years Toy Fair, the amazing trade show that comes care of the Toy Association. Today I’m starting with the McFarlane Toys booth appointment. Having been a fan of Todd’s comic book work and his earliest line of toys I can safely say that this was an exploration that I was really looking forward to. Now, get a fresh cup of coffee and let us begin.
To say that McFarlane Toys has a lot of amazing releases would be an understatement. My plan was to get the products overview and then snap some brief video and plenty of photographs. The video will be resident on our Official YouTube and the photos are what you’ll be seeing in this and its related posts. I’ll start off with a couple of shots of this amazing classic Batman statue that was presented in the booth. If you’re a Batman fan, then you will want this one for your display shelf. I myself do not have the room and wish they had a miniature one for those situations.

I’m not planning on speaking about all of the licenses but here are some of McFarlane’s “Warhammer 40,000” products.
There are plenty of new “Avatar” releases for you to enjoy if this bit of Science Fiction/Fantasy is up your alley. Believe it or not, I’ve never seen the original or the subsequent films.
They brought out some new items for their action figures inspired by popular video games. Here’s some “Warcraft” and “Diablo II”. I think I mentioned that I don’t really do a lot of gaming but I do think its awesome if that is your thing.
The “Movie Maniacs” line is cool and very diverse as you can see with offerings that feature “Kong”, “Kung-Fu Panda”, “Beetlejuice”, “Scarface” and “The Office”.
They also have a line of “Music Maniacs” and here is Freddie Mercury from Queen and Slash from Guns ‘N Roses. In 2023 they had a photo of a proposed Gene Simmons from KISS figure but I don’t think that was ever released. As a diehard KISS fan I’d get that one in a moment.
When I first started attending the Toy Fair, McFarlane Toys had so many action figures for “The Walking Dead” it would make your head spin. Now they seem to be an every once in awhile release. Though I was a fan of the series, I didn’t really get involved with the action figures. I still to the more superhero stuff over zombies and assorted denizens of where the show was happening.
Now its onto McFarlane Toys Digital. They are aimed specifically for those who do the whole NFT Thing and in this case you also have a physical item. As someone who prefers physical over digital, I think if I ended up doing something NFT that it would be this. There were some cool items.
Heading into the DC Direct area, there were more things than you could easily choose from if you were a fan of statues. There was a great Batman, Superman and Green Lantern. They even had a movie version of The Joker but after that last film this will likely be a limited release.
These Batman cowls used to be a lot larger but that also meant pricy so I liked the idea of smaller ones being released. I always stress that I’m not a big statue person but sometimes there are items I’d consider. Maybe a Batman ’66 cowl.
Some additional statues with a crazy Joker, vintage looking Catwoman and Punchline, Joker’s latest paramour.
Heading over to the action figures here are a number of the “Super Powers” line. I owned the original series which if memory serves me well came out care of Kenner. I’m glad to find McFarlane Toys releasing and expanding that very fun line.
Okay my friends, it’s time for me to wrap up this post as I’ve hit my standard of “50” images but as you might have surmised there is a lot more to share from McFarlane Toys since it was a very stockpiled booth.
