Greetings my friends and welcome back to the continuing installments from this years Toy Association Toy Fair. It was just over two weeks ago when I began sharing my findings on a daily basis and now I am up to a big one. This and the next few posts will place a dedicated focus on the products lines from Hasbro Toys. As there is a lot to share with you from this particular appointment, I will say let’s get a move on.
One of the things that I love most about the Hasbro Toys company is their being the holder of a number of licenses that I have enjoyed for a very long time. They have Marvel, G.I. Joe, The Transformers and Star Wars and the way I am going to deliver the visuals is property by property until I am done. I’ll be starting with the Marvel stuff since we are also very big on the comic book industry stuff.
Since I have a lot to share with you I am going to limit my editorial inclusions to these posts. Sure I will chime in now and again but there is a lot and I’d rather you enjoy the images and make some notes on what you want to purchase. That being said, I will very much need this Spider-Man action figure.
This edition from the “Spider-Man: Far From Home” was pretty sweet as well.
I found Agent Venom to be an interesting character and am glad that they are now presenting him in plastic.
A truly menacing Venom…
If I didn’t mention it here yet, I should state that the Marvel Legends Series of action figures is one of my favorite toy lines. I used to purchase them religiously but then changed to an every now and again sort. Seeing an edition of ROM Spaceknight made me realize that I had to add him to the collection.
I’m also considering adding this Adam Warlock to the batch as well since that heroes cosmic adventures were always exciting.
There are so many Marvel Legends Series X-Men characters to collect. I am chomping at the bit for them to all join to Marvel Cinematic Universe
A slightly different ROM perspective…
A great Miles Morales Spider-Man…
A set of action figures for the new “Captain America: Brave New World” film. These are larger sized and perfect for the younger set if you want them into the action figures like you are.
Hasbro Toys have given you the opportunity to own Captain America’s shield, if you ever felt that you wanted one.
Cool Venom masks for make-believe time and some accessories.
This “Venomversus” playset looked interesting.
Some Red Hulk hands for your playing time with friends. Just don’t hurt anyone when you use them.
This particular Spider-Man figure slowly gets taken over by the Venom symbiote. I snapped twice to hopefully capture some difference but perhaps I should have opted for video on this one instead.
Some cool playsets…
Okay I will need this Venomized T-Rex and seeing this one being made finds me hoping that we eventually get the Doomosaur. That’s a T-Rex in Doctor Doom armor. It will make for a stunning action figure if they do it.
This line is called “Mixmashers” and you’re able to mix and match parts to create your own unique hero or villain. This is cool but I am a purist and prefer the original figure over one I have Frankensteined into existence.
If you ended up grabbing those Red Hulk hands then you might want to get yourself a set of Incredible Hulk hands so you and your friends can duke it out. In the safest possible manner of course. Don’t hurt each other now.
Most of the products before have been for the older fan or collector. The Kidult as they refer to us and now its time to share some of the younger people stuff. “Spidey and His Amazing Friends” has smaller figurines and playsets. All of them looked like a lot of fun.
In addition to Spidey’s friends offerings there is now “Iron Man and His Awesome Friends” and that’s a team of Iron Man, Incredible Hulk and Iron Heart. As you will see down below there are other connected characters in this grouping like Ultron and Sam Wilson Captain America.
As I wind down on this Hasbro Toys installment I move from younger skew over to the Kidult side and those who might be professional level cosplayers with this absolutely stunning Doctor Doom mask and cowl. Now before you ask, I was not permitted to put this on but that would have been a fun Instagram photo if I had. This mask/cowl is stunning when seen up close and its priced accordingly.
This is going to bring me to the end of my first installment from the Hasbro Toys appointment. As mentioned in my intro, the way that I decided to do this was the lend a primary focus to one of the properties alone. I snapped so many photos of these lines that it made the most sense to do it like that. Still to come the Transformers, Star Wars and G.I. Joe stuff but I’ve not yet decided which one is coming next. These Hasbro posts will be the last of my succinct overviews and then I have some videos to share and I might even add a editorial larger recap to all of them in one place. Now onto the not so shameless plug. To keep track of the posts from Toy Fair 2025 just click the hyperlinked text and as always I encourage you to help PiercingMetal’s presence on the social media platforms via the Official PiercingMetal Linktree. Since I will be speaking on a number of different offerings, those with views about the Marvel products seen in this overview are welcome to chime in down below with their opinions. Keep it civil of course and I will see you tomorrow with REDACTED ;p
