Hello again my friends, I’m continuing along with all of the exhibitor findings from the recent Toy Association Toy Fair that ended this past Tuesday. In my previous post, I had started sharing the visuals from the Diamond Select Toys booth and wow was that some cool stuff. I’m picking up from where I left off to finish this exhibitor. Commentary from me will be sparse so you can enjoy the visuals. Let’s go.
I’m up to their Marvel stuff and here we find some cool Wolverine and Deadpool action figures and statues. Have you seen the fun movie “Deadpool & Wolverine” yet? It was a doozy.

Oh and I apologize for some recap of two “Star Wars” statues that I liked from the last batch. I numbered these incorrectly and didn’t realize. I do love this Vader and Emperor statue. I’ve always been bit of a Galactic Empire person over the Rebel Alliance.
A batch of new and classic characters being represented on larger statues and busts. Among them Black Panther II, Deadpool, Moon Knight, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man and Black Widow.
I’ve always enjoyed the adventures of Silk on the comic book page but we’ve not seen her in live-action just yet. Since Sony Pictures runs that license we should be thankful as her character would likely be ruined. Madame Web anyone?
If you’ll pardon the pun, this was an amazing Spider-Man statue and the Spider-Boy one has a playful vibe to it. For the newbies, Spider-Boy has his own fun comic book series and then there is Sabretooth who is all business. The business of nasty.
These next three statues of Spider-Man, Venom and Miles Morales: Spider-Man are available separately but all can be connected to form an awesome and action-packed diorama. One needs a serious amount of space to present this one properly but I think those collectors would be happy with the result.
Here’s some fun busts of Marvel in the animated sense. Love that Jeff The Land Shark. There’s also some X-Men villains like Magneto and Mr. Sinister.
Now onto some of their special Diamond Select Action Figures. They always looked nice but I don’t have too many of these in my own collection. This Hobgoblin looks great and so does Annihilus. Now that’s a villain I’d love to see in the films so maybe when we get “Fantastic Four” later on this year. Who knows.
DST always did a bang up job with their Muppet’s and Disney stuff. Some time ago I tried to get my hands on one of their Animal from the Doctor Teeth and the Electric Mayhem band but it was too costly. The drummer in me was def sad.
I’ve always heard that the Gargoyles animated series was very good but I never keyed into it. These awesome statues and busts of the property make me feel that I need to look into it even though it ended some time ago.
The “Game Of Thrones” property keeps their fans happy with a number of different items like statues and action figures. I liked the first series but never managed to tune into its prequel stuff. Maybe when time permits. These items are for their diehard fans for the most part.
There were also a lot of statues and more for the “Lord Of The Rings”, such a classic series of books and films. Are you a fan of this franchise?
Last but not least, the legendary Indiana Jones. Believe it or not, I’ve not seen the last two films yet. Time to check my streaming profiles.
That’s going to bring me to the end of the discoveries from the Diamond Select Toys booth. So many great products and as I outlined, there are some things that I will probably be looking into if I can secure a few more paying gigs. Adulting finds one realizing that the bills come first and then the fun stuff. Sigh. I hope you’ve enjoyed the way that this is being presented so far because I’m not shifting gears now.
