The Press Release:
Swedish metallers ENFORCER are proud to announce their co-headlining North American tour with WARBRINGER! The trek will run kick off September 5th at Brick By Brick in San Diego, California and conclude on October 28th at Club Red in Tempe, Arizona.

This is not the first time WARBRINGER and ENFORCER have shared the stage together, as the two groups previously co-headlined a successful North American tour in early 2016. Since then, both acts have hoped for another opportunity to perform together – and this fall, they’ll have 54!

ENFORCER vocalist Olof Wikstrand comments, ”Extremely excited to announce our immediate return to the shores of North America! Expect a show full of energy, and a broad variety of songs from our new album as well as older stuff!”

“We are pleased to announce an extensive North American tour for Fall 2019,” says WARBRINGER vocalist John Kevill. “We will be hitting the road for 54 consecutive dates with our Swedish speed metal brothers, Enforcer. Looking forward to seeing you guys again and wrecking whatever place we are in!”

ENFORCER will be touring in support of there forthcoming studio album Zenith which will be released on April 26, 2019 through Nuclear Blast. They also revealed a big surprise for their Spanish speaking fans: although Zenith was originally written and recorded in English, the band has decided to record a version in Spanish too! WARBRINGER expects to release a new album – their second for Napalm Records – during the tour. Says Kevill, “WARBRINGER has been forging new material and will be entering the studio this summer to track a new record. We have been hard at work crafting a follow-up to 2017’s ‘Woe to the Vanquished,’ a record we are very proud of. As always, we want to keep our standard of quality as high as possible, both widening the band’s sound but still keeping the whole thing totally relentless and vicious.”

ABOUT ENFORCER: Zenith contains 10 brand new anthems, bringing not only classic tunes, but also fresh blood to the band’s unique sound. In addition, guitarist Jonathan Nordwall debuts as new permanent member of the group on the forthcoming record. Comments Olof Wikstrand on the new record, “Zenith is definitely the most ambitious project we ever engaged ourselves in. I think all together we spent over two and a half years to write, produce and record it all. We are super excited to finally get this one out to you all. Beware the ‘Zenith Of The Black Sun’.” With the drums having been recorded at Soundtrade Studios, Stockholm and the rest of the tracking completed at Hvergelmer Studios, Arvika, Zenith was produced by ENFORCER themselves. The artwork was created by Italian artist Velio Josto.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Truth be told we’ve not seen Enforcer yet, well, unless I am getting some memory lapses here based on the overall amount of information hitting me each and every day. I do know plenty of the Metal Legions who have recommended that I do some coverage of them so I will get watching out for the upcoming album. Warbringer on the other hand is a band that I have seen plenty of times over the years through numerous lineup changes. They always bring it to the table and I think that together they are going to leave all of the audience attendees exhausted. What do you readers think about this tour? Will you be attending?
