I am proud to state that I have been a big fan of “Star Wars” since the very first film which I saw very early in the run at the Ziegfeld Theater in NYC and while I’ve caught every single film I am not too up to speed on any of the animated series. Thanks to the folks at Disney+ we diehards are going to get as many “Star Wars” shows as we are Marvel related ones and they have just revealed the Official Trailer for “Star Wars: The Bad Batch”. Let’s take a look shall we?
The Premise: Clone Force 99, also known as the Bad Batch—a group of elite clone troopers with genetic mutations that were first introduced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars—take on daring mercenary missions in the aftermath of the Clone Wars.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: So I really liked the look of this trailer and that’s saying something since I am not really keen on this kind of animation style but it sure works for the “Star Wars” programs. Now as I’ve already mentioned up above, I’ve not yet seen any of the “Star Wars: Rebels” or “Star Wars: Clone Wars” series so I’d have a lot to catch up on if I wanted to dive into this. Since I am subscribing to Disney+ I should actually make some time to do that I guess. Since we find a couple of characters that have been brought into the live-action series it’s a probability that some of these new additions might do the same in some time. That’s all I have to add on this one so you readers can chime in and let me know what you think about it and if you will plan on watching when it begins to stream in May.
