I had a LOT of fun at this years NY Comic Con and went all four days to absorb the sights, the scenes and the colorful cosplayers. You can check out some of the stuff from the four days over on our Official Instagram if you are a fan of the medium. During the convention there was a big push by DC Entertainment for their launch of the “DC Universe” streaming service. I had see the trailer for “Titans” which was their first series to come but missed this introduction to the upcoming “Harley Quinn” animated series. Let’s take a look now shall we.

Piercing Metal Thoughts: During the NYCC 2018, I signed up for the “free week” of DC Universe in order to get a special gift package. It was a couple of comic books, a poster and a cool Robin Titans pin and since I didn’t manage to find the time to watch the debut episode of that series they got my money for another month. To get the free week you had to put in a valid credit card which I am not too fond of being a practice. Now back to “Harley Quinn” since this is her post after all. So I don’t view this as much of a trailer as I do a commercial for the upcoming show on the DC Universe service. I love Harley Quinn and am a regular reader of her monthly series but do I feel like plunking down a monthly fee to see her show along with the others and read digital comic books. So far I am on the fence and I cannot dump Netflix just yet since I like a lot of their shows (despite the cancellations of “Iron Fist”, “Luke Cage” and even “Daredevil” if you can believe it). Let’s see what happens and before I close this one up remember that our coverage of the 2018 NY Comic Con can be enjoyed by clicking HERE and don’t forget to leave your comments about this upcoming series down in the comments section below. See you next time.
