Holy Time Jump Batman! I cannot believe we are already in November. Did you readers have a fun Halloween yesterday? If you dressed up for any party or did it just in spirit of the day I hope you had an awesome time. So yeah this month of November is ready to rock our socks with the geek stuff because we have three things to enjoy in terms of the shows and films with “Thor: Ragnarok” opening at the end of the week and then “Punisher” on Netflix and then it’s the “Justice League” film which we should celebrate a little louder on a post about DC Comics. While we are on that topic of “Justice League” and comics, there are a number of variant covers being released this month and I shined a spotlight on them in an earlier post that you can find on THIS LINK. Since today is also New Comic Book Day you are going to want to double check with your retailer when you pop in for your titles this week if any of those covers interest you. Okay let’s get on down to the nitty gritty. As usual the press copy and images come from the DC Entertainment folks but all this fine editorial stuff comes from me – Here we go.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Historically speaking, I’ve always secured the annuals when I saw them on the stands so I will likely get those. I’m loving the Hanna Barbera offerings as they’ve been presented and think that “The Jestsons” might be a fun ride into the future. Let’s face it, “The Flintstones” is a really fun read. If you’ve not checked that one out yet you might want to look into a couple of the collected editions. There is a lot of good stuff hitting the shelves for sure and I will be keeping up on the Batman one-shots that have been coming out. It seems like the final chapter one-shot comes care of “Batman: Devsstator” and remember there should be the chance to get a free button from your retailer as well. I discussed those freebies on THIS LINK in case you missed it and if this is the first time you are hearing about them it doesn’t hurt to see if they have any of the older ones from last month. There are six in total and I am sure if you are a store regular that they will hook you up with what you missed. A happy customer is a repeat one after all. Alright that brings me to the end of this one. What do you think you will be picking up this month? Chime in down below with your picks or pull list because I love knowing what others are reading and why. It might spark me to investigate something else.
