PiercingMetal Thoughts: Before I continue let me first state that I am not a subscriber to the service and don’t see myself doing so anytime soon. According what I’ve read, the limited commercials service costs Amazon Prime subscribers $5.99 a month while the spot free version is $9.99 a month and this all comes on top of your existing cable bill and any additional services you might currently have. My cable bill is high thanks to Spectrum and their exorbitant fees and I am carrying a Netflix and Hulu subscription as well. When Disney+ goes live I will be getting that based on all the programming I am fond of and while I love the superhero stuff I couldn’t see adding the DC Universe service to the mix. It’s all just too much and I feel a lot of this is going to come to a head soon enough. Closing up I wonder if the coming of “Star Trek: Picard” has generated any interest in signing up for the service. Chime in down below.
