I guess this recently released news from the Bon Jovi camp comes as no real surprise. Most of the cities of our nation are still dealing with the dreaded Coronavirus Pandemic and with massive events such as the Comic Con International: San Diego and The BookExpo being cancelled for the year in full, it makes sense to find large scale tours doing the same. The statement is below along with all the affected dates.
The Press Release:
Due to the ongoing global pandemic, it is no longer feasible for Bon Jovi to tour this summer. Given these difficult times, we have made the decision to cancel the tour entirely. We look forward to seeing everyone again on tour when we can all safely be together. We will continue to send out news and updates on Bon Jovi touring in the weeks and months to come.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: As I’ve mentioned already, when you consider the overall state of the land based on this terrible pandemic, I am sure that none of this news surprised you. One has to wonder when other larger tours like the upcoming Slipknot,Megadeth, Motley Crue/Def Leppard and Rammstein ones get moved to next year or postponed indefinitely. I am hoping for the best case scenario but honestly don’t really see myself rushing into a crowded concert right after all of this surpasses. Let’s stay safe out there my friends. Stay inside, be distant from others on errands and wash your hands thoroughly when you return home. Like most of you, I am looking forward to any sort of event at some point in the future. Let’s remain hopeful.
